The make up of this team is the problem. We swing the ball around for half the shot clock doing nothing, than spend the rest of the possession trying to find an opening to throw into Dwight. When that fails, and it usually does, one of our inept wing players try to force up something just to get a shot off.

We are relying too much on Help Defense b/c our players are just letting them through and hope Howard will be there to block the shot.

Or... We are just getting beat.
