It's silly narrative to proclaim anybody as winner or loser of a draft several days after draft.
You can look back at 2017 draft and Utah Jazz/ Nuggets trade and proclaim Nuggets worst draft decision in past 10 yeras. They gave up 13# pick to Trey Lyles and 24th pick.
Utah drafted Donovan Mitchell 13#. Nuggets got role player and some bum.
Fast forward 2023, Utah is rebuilding, Nuggets won championship despite fact it was apsolute and utter L on draft night.
Vaccum of those moves sometimes misses bigger picture and it depends where teams are at.
Stock piling players with similar skillsets who can't play together always sounds like dumb idea, mostly because it is dumb idea. You can always go back 76ers draft picks: 2013- Noel (C), 2014 Embiid ( C) , 2015 Okafor (C). Most of us knew it's dumb from start.
