Imagine a team of Anthony Black, Jett Howard, Caleb Houstan, and a bunch of animals throwing their feces all over the place. Now imagine the feces throwing ones took all the shots and didn’t pass.
Overall:
Black displayed great instincts, passing, and defense but shot more and it did not look good (unsurprisingly). No turnovers.
Jett Howard looked solid and displayed better than advertised passing, athleticism and defense. His shot looks flat (no arc) but he seems like he can get a lot better if he gets coached up.
Caleb Houstan disappeared in the first half, which was troubling because you would have hoped he used this as an audition to show he improved. He had a better second half and actually took shots other than three pointers for once. He needs to do more of that to have any chance of getting consistent playing time.
The rest is best forgotten.
