I think Paolo's on ball work this year is out of necessity. Even LeBron has always needed a Kyrie or Wade or D-Lo.

I'm not advocating for AB to play point because he would get exposed and cooked by the defensive intensity/pressure

But defensively atleast its worth taking a look
