I had my meltdown last night. I didn't expect a magical turnaround tonight, so this doesn't hit me as hard. I'm still disappointed but whatever. The tools are there to be a good team, it's on them to get it done.
This how I feel, no excuses..... Shape the F*** up

I wouldn't give this more than 2 months. We were saying the same thing about KCP all year. Mosley's seat shouldn't be warm yet but if we're a .500 club or worse by the start of January 2026, I'd move on and bring in Malone or Thibodeau.

More of just saying Memphis replaced Bane with a guy that can get the same numbers. Imagine Orlando drafting a scorer like that with the 11th pick. Nah, we have to trade the same team 4 picks.

Yes. Memphis used our pick, plus another one of our picks, to trade up to get him. That said, Weltman has a horrible draft record so I guess the obvious answer is no... but more because our FO is inept.

Black with 11.3 ppg on 55/40/73 so far, and I don't think he's played well yet.

The fact that some of us called this outcome in this game before it even started is a root issue in its self.

As sad as it sounds I don't even wanna watch them anymore until something drastic happens. This is just straight up pathetic stuff.

Nothing changes no matter who choaches, no matter what players come in, no matter the front office. It's always the same crap. We need new ownership...smh

Yeah, the ownership will make the players on the court play better. This is an all time horrible post. Congratz.

LMAO if you don't think this organization needs to new ownership I'm not sure what to tell you. The writing has been on the wall for years. How long can that grease ball alex martins be around for.

Yea you act like I haven't taken prolong leaves before during a season. I'm starting to just care less and less as the days go on. Quite honestly I barely watched this game.

I didnt say we didnt need new ownership, but this team playing like dog isn't because Alex Martins is a greaseball.

Who the hell said it's because of ownership & alex martins making these guys play like crap.?? I clearly said nothing ever changes, stating the obvious that needs to happen in order for real change to happen. We got new coaches, new players and yet the product looks exactly the same.

Same mistakes being made 5 years ago are being made today...

It's a top to bottom effect.

Some of you all need to take a break and touch grass. It’s 3 games in. I love how everyone just thought everything would gel perfectly. Our starting PG is playing 17 mins a game when he isn’t being rested for injury management and our backup PG is slumping and Black is just not ready to run a professional offense. Biggest concern to me is players look gassed after just 3 games. We might have to take a step back from this insane pace increase.
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

That’s disgusting in the amount of minutes he has played…

It's pretty average, some good hits and some stinkers. There's def way worse drafting GMs.

Oh ok.... That take is a bit rich for me, I think with bane he needs more time.... He's someone who averaged 24 in the west... I like cedric but.... Come on give the vet more than 3 games

I think Bane has been good, he just isn't superstar some people hyped him to be.
He was guy who had nice counting stats and great efficiency on Grizzlies, but he is not super elite player.
His T rex arms make him rather mediocre defender, his passing is okey for SG but he ain't playmaker, he is elite shooter but Morant created nice gravity and Grizzlies ulitized him really well, opening up great looks for him.
Taylor Jenkin was excellent coach who made that Grizz roster look and play waaaay better than they ever should based on that level of talent. Like guy had Jackson as second best player. On West. And still won 50 games multiple times.
How much he got from players? Jones was 6th in 6MOY race...

I don't think Bane is a problem. But one guy won't solve all out issues.
Also starting 5, especially without Suggs, kind a lacks defensive talent and edge now when KCP is gone.

And yea... Banchero has been...bad. Really bad.

I never liked idea of 60 wins team that won 40 games year prior. I think there is enough trash on East to win 50, but lot of stuff needs to be solved. For start what is a point of playing Isaac 2 min a game?
Second, why is Goga key part of bench offense?
Third, why Paolo isn't passing to anybody?
