Indeed. But we all know the huge arguments between Raptor and Magic fans about who got the better player. It’s been referenced here a few times.

They made the correct pick. We didn’t make a great one. A good one. But they win the debate hands-down.

Franz is one of the top young players in the league and we have fans here making stupid comments. Yes he is struggling with his shot but he has a first two year track record of being a better shooter than this. Last year Paolo went like two months without making a 3 and fans were making similar dumb comments like this.
He's shooting like 28% from 3 and has been consistently choking from the line in close games.

It's really not concerning IMO... They're losing to really good veteran teams. They're struggling to close against these sorts of teams which makes sense.
This rotation will be lucky to win 1 playoff game.

That’s not surprising if that’s the case. This is a young team learning how to play against veteran pressure when games matter. And we are still lacking some pieces, mainly 3pt shooting and guard scoring/pg play. We are not ready yet to compete against the top dogs but we are close.

Post like this make me laugh... People really expect this team to go far in the playoffs don't they?

Overall though, we aren't winning a damn thing, now or in the future, with Franz and Paolo's current shooting issues. I don't trust either to hit an open shot anymore (more so Franz though). At least Paolo has the confidence to continue shooting them. Franz looks like a shell of himself and I am now officially worried about him. The only bright side is that he is likely costing himself a ton of money. If we give him a max and he finishes out the season/playoffs/play-ins like this, I will be beyond pissed with this FO.

I'll keep going back to him playing in the Euro's. Too much basketball.

Too bad it's an Olympic year, I really hate that timing for Franz. At least it's a shorter (and earlier) tournament than the world cup, and it's closer to Franz's home in Germany compared to east Asia.

They need to talk to him. He really should consider skipping that one. Maybe have Jokic give him a call.

Calming down a bit, at least we are going to see what this core is truly made of. These games aren't going to get easier. This is the roster we have for this season. Paolo and Franz have got to fight through and elevate their games. We aren't going anywhere if they continue to play like this.

Coach Mosley needs to scheme better so that we aren't relying on our bench every night to bail us out of bad starts. He also needs to be more calculated on taking risks. No need to coach scared. We have everything to gain so coach like it.

And its games like this where Mosley's coaching cost us. Unserious team.

Serious question, out of 1-10 in Eastern conference, would you trust us in a series vs anyone?? I think the Hawks would beat this team. This team can only win vs sorry ass teams.

Goodbye homecourt advantage, hello play-in. **** garbage

After the last game i figured we'd get blown out but we actually put up a fight, suck we lost at home but at least it was close. No one thought we'd win 40+ games so why y'all acting different now?

Why is Mosley such a pussy with challenges??? He'll act bewildered for 5 minutes running down the court than ask for a challenge, and refs will be like too late because of course it **** is, you take 5 minutes to make a decision.

Are you referring to me? Because I’m certainly not this year. We still have some holes that we can help shore up in the offseason. We lack experience as we keep seeing. But the foundation is there. This team is not far from being really good within the next year or 2.

This is easy to say as far as scheming and is a discussion for late game isos, but I mean, what do you do when we're missing wide open corner threes in the first and Franz is missing layups and Kawhi hits 4 shots in a row with a hand in his face, aren't we technically producing better looks?

Basketball is really simple. Make open shots.

Well no crap... This team is a young team that's never been to playoffs with miles to go in development, experience. and team building.

It's to be expected this team to win only one, maybe games two games max. They're just not good enough.

Yeah, look at Wendell's stats for the last 3 games against good teams. When everyone was healthy, along with Goga and Black was the best this team looked.

We all loved the huge win streak...but you can't seem to let it go. Goga has some advantages...I'll give you that...but just stop the AB stuff. Harris is a lot better than him

THIS. Our guys got a taste of PO basketball. All heartbreakers. Just shows our glaring weaknesses.

Winning 1 PO game is already above and beyond our expectations. A sweep is more likely.

AB does more to help us win than Harris or Fultz. Sweater vest points didn't lie. Goga clears WCJ. Trust the sweater vest
