Otis HAS to be working on other trades...no way waiving Arenas and getting BBD is all..

is anyone watching channel 13? boumann said they'd be live from camp
aol4532 on bill russell
I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

Or teams had injuries, even if we have our own injuries too or the weather favored us or it was an off year for said team, etc. They would make up something to discredit us. The media has the same hate for the Spurs.

Does anyone know if QRich will be sent with Bass to make it work? Or is there a new CBA provision that makes the money match?

That's 6 hours to get 30 or so posts. I think I'll take the over.

With Arenas being waived and his 19+ million coming off the books, that put us under the cap so we can trade Bass for Davis, who is making a few million more than Bass. We are still under the cap by about 3 million.

Davis' deal isn't bad either. A little over 6 million a year for a young starting PF that can put up 13 to 15 points and 6 to 8 rebounds a game is a good deal.

Should we be hoping the new Cp3 trade includes Bynum?

I don't really care any more because I believe Otis is going to give Howard what he wants or at least close to it.

Yes.

That would put LA and NJ (assuming they sign Nene) out of the running. Who else is left at that point?

We can only hope your belief is correct. I am not as trusting of our GM.

Rip? I'd say it depends on the price and how desperate things start to look for us. Definitely not as a first or second or...third option.

IMO the Lakers were never in the running because we were never interested in Bynum. That is all media hype bullcrap. I'm starting to believe they even made up the Howard/Nets crap since Howard is denying it, the Nets denied having talks with the Magic and Howard has even said he hasn't demanded a trade.

His moves took our team to a finals, ECFs, and 4 straight 50+ win seasons. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

I could be wrong but I believe the CBA changes the new 125% rule to 150%.
