Shaw is the only coach that has history with Bynum and witnessed how Phil handled him. He'd get through to Bynum. And as much as I'd hate to say this, I think Shaw would utilize Shaq to be in Bynum's ear.

I don't see that happening. I've said before, I don't see Shaq as a Patrick Ewing or Hakeem type who is willing to mentor young guys. Maybe as he gets older that will change, but not right now.
