Mosgov cannot be a real option to be on the team, if he’s stretched/waived / bought out then we basically just got a backup point for nothing. So it’s not awful.

Mozgov would be behind Birch if he sticks.

I wouldn't be surprised if they waived Mozgov but I hope they do not stretch him as that would be dead weight on the cap past 2020.

A move to set up what exactly? We traded a below average center for a horrible center and a below average point guard. I'm having a hard time seeing how this is a precursor to anything.

I do not think they are here. This was just a move to get Grant and I think Birch would play over Biyombo or Mozgov. I'm just hoping Mozgov is not stretch if he is waived which I feel will happen.

Grant is a small expiring deal ($2.6M) but no, Mozgov has 2 years left at almost the exact rate Biz cost us. Biz and Moz essentially have the exact same contract.
