Everytime I watch Germany Schroder always seems like such a ball hog and takes some ill advised shoots.... he went like 3 straight possessions taking bad shoots and that is what flipped the script for usa to win the game.

Lebron was just too much. Schroder struggled to score

Franz finishes with 18 pts, 7 rbs, 4 asts, 3 stls

Mo 12-7

Yea I watched the 3rd and 4th quarter of this game and absolutely don’t remember Franz scoring despite box score saying he had 18

This USA team definitely beatable though, the team building imo went wrong..... Team full of alphas and a couple of role players? Should be the other way around

Shoulda dunked on Bron on that fast break in the 4th Q.

You would think he would have Evan Mobley flashbacks and not risk a layup getting blocked.

Franz looked pretty good though, made a lot of plays for his teammates, mad a couple threes and looked very confident shooting them also had a nice Franz euro step layup on Embiid.

Mo played well too, such an irritant but underrated offensively l, can’t wait to watch the Wagner bros when they are back in blue.

Just watched the game, felt like Germany couldve won the game if it wasnt for Schroders taking horrible shots.

Yup. Like that shot over AD. He needs to take a hit and be able to finish.

Were people concerned about the form early in the Olympics, or does he mean last season? Has the form been consistent and better so far this summer? I haven't watched.

FIBA 3 point line = deep 2 in nba

btw those are preparation games, good to know he can still make them, but can we at least wait for actual tournament to talk about his 3 point shot?
As far as i know, OG and NBA don't even use same balls, NBA has contract with Wilson, olympic games will be played with Molten balls.

Molten ball is bit strange, at least to me, slippery and has almost no grip.

Amalgamation of some if not all of those areas.... Some people saying he has a dip now.... Not enough arc.... Had a down 3pt shooting year and people were worried will it continue in the friendlies.... Rough start but he's been shooting it better lately
