Paolo chooses to drive into 3 defenders in the paint instead of passing to wide open Franz in the corner. Dude has some serious blinders on right now. And then very questionable effort on defense.

It's his biggest area for growth on offense... even more so than his 3 point shot. I think he'll get there but he needs a coach to stay on him about it. The passing skills are there. He just doesn't utilize it enough.

Bit of an age priority thing too. Like most young guys, I think Paolo wants to chase scoring titles at this stage of his career. Players usually grow out of that around their late 20’s when they start getting serious about contending and suddenly want to be on super teams.

That or Paolo wants the most max contract he can get.
