We have to clean house and only keep guys like Dwight, BBD, JJ, and Clark as a 3rd stringer. When I say "clean house" I mean get rid of Stan, Otis, the towel boy, the guys in the concessions stands, Stuff the Magic Dragon, and the janitor. We cannot keep these people around and hope to win.
