Jameer/?
Affalo/JJ
Qrich/harkless (to start season off flip flop after allstar break)
BBD/Nicholson
Vucevic/O'Quinn

Assuming we let Hedo and Mcroberts get comfy on the bench and trade harrington to a contender for expiring/tpe whatever we can get honestly.

Nik:

30% usage at center and 1% at PF. He IS a center, no doubt about it.
should be able to play both.

60% of his shots come from the outside  wohoo

also, i think the magic must have liked harkless better than any of houston's draft picks... harkless has huge potential down the line

The Magic hope to remain competitive and in the playoff race next season with a team that still has the veteran core of Jameer Nelson, Glen ``Big Baby’’ Davis, Hedo Turkoglu and J.J. Redick. The Magic will be adding in Afflalo, an elite defender who averaged a career-best 15.2 points per game last season. Harrington, a 14-year NBA veteran, should also give the Magic plenty of scoring punch after averaging 14.2 points per game last season for the Nuggets. And the Magic will also be working to develop rookies Andrew Nicholson, Kyle O’Quinn and Harkless in the process.

Seriously, playoffs?

This makes no sense to me, we are not bad enough to get a good pick and still have HEDO and took on other non-expiring contracts. If the plan was to have 30 Mil in capspace for 2014 why not tank like **** while doing it?

It's just being politically correct. Make no mistake, we will tank hard.

Anyone see Vucevic's euroleague stats? 16.9/9.7/1/1. Not bad.

17 and 10 playing against grown men? not bad at all if it's any consolation....i'm content with him...but we have way too many forwards right now.....obviously some of these guys will be moved.....

Vuc can play Center.

Future lineup

PG:?
SG: Affalo
SF: Harkless
PF: Nicholson
C: Vucevic

PG:?
Harden on a max deal.

We got screwed because we hired a rookie GM, he has no experience making trades, he was the guy with the best player and got manhandle by all of the three other GMs.
Smart / Micic / D. Wright
Wiggins / Exum / J. Adams
Parker / K. Anderson / Mcdermott
Randle / Vonleh / Stokes
Embiid / Nurkic/ Tavares

I'm glad Ish has a legit shot as the backup PG. He showed us he has the potential. He needs a training camp and coaching, but he can do it.

They could ask him if this is equal value.

Is this team really terrible, or just terrible compared to our team with Dwight? I'm wondering how it stacks up to the worst teams in the league and wondering if we are overestimating how bad we'll be.

I hope they ask Rob if he is on drugs!

Because, to give Dwight away to the Lakers like this after what happened with Shaq is bordering Business suicide. I can't imagine how this organization is going to stay afloat. They may have to move to Seattle or something. Because, nobody is going to games or buy tickets anymore. Just wait until 10-15 games into the season when only 3-4k people show up to games. It will be laughable.

Here's to hoping that JVaughn is a terrible coach, but a great player developer? Just kidding, but serisouly, I don't know what to wish for.

I need a refresher course on "how to cheer for a tanking team?"

This place will really die down in a couple of days. I hope everyone stays active while we rebuild, Cavs and Detroit forums are a ghost town these days.

It's terrible. The only guys who could be starters in other teams are Arron and Nelson. Nik, Nicholson and Harkless are prospects, at this point, good backups in the best hypothesis. BBD, Ayon and JJ are valuable backups and Hedo is a big question.

OPS. I forgot about Al, he is a #6 very good.

With Robbed Hennigan at the helm, how bad do we get screwed in future trades? he just got raped on a deal with a top 5 player imagine how bad can he get screwed in a simple trade.

We were never going to get equal value no matter what, and obviously Rob wasn't going for equal value. We had 0 leverage, Dwight put us in an impossible situation. It should have been obvious that we were gonna blow it up the moment Rob was hired.

We got **** picks because Dwight handcuffed us on the teams he would be willing to go to. LA had NO assets, what do you guys expect? We were never going to trade for Bynum.

So the Hornets pretty much got
Eric Gordon Al-Farouq Aminu Austin Rivers and cap room for Chris Paul

Jazz: Derrick Flavors Enes Kanter and Marvin Williams for D Will

Nuggets: Danilo Gallinari Wilson Chandler Jordan Hamilton Andre Miller and Timofey Mozgov for Carmelo

He gave Nelson $8 mil per for 3 more years even though he is already on the decline.
