There seemed to be a guy from GON who, if you look at a dictionary of a PG , might have his face there.

Well, there doesn't really seem to be a lot of GON players in the league though.

Smith is a one level scorer with functional defense. That’s all.

For what it's worth, Jabari's free throw rate was higher than Holmgren and Banchero's despite being an inferior ball handler.

You only take him if you believe you have a real number one on the roster and we’ll I really love Franz, Fultz, and WCJ not one of them is anywhere close to a number one option. I would be fine if you had to fix just one thing because all these prospects are flawed but you have to fix the handle and the finishing for him to be an all nba player. I really like Jabari but that is not a sure thing. I think it might be easier for Chet to gain weight then for Jabari to become at least above average to be the guy

No. You take him if you believe he is the best player available in THIS draft. Doesn´t matter if he is no Durant or Lebron or whatever. If he´s best player in THIS draft, we should take him.

Ok I will clarify my comment yes if there all second options in your eyes you take the best player (obviously not where I was going there but fine). To me if it’s close you go with a tie breaker if who can be a number 1 option. Anyone who is arguing it’s not close between Chet Banchero and Jabari I can’t help you. They are all solid to really good players.
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

I just don’t think you draft that at 1.

If Chet gets enough strength to stay injury free and develops even more, you miss out on a player who changes your franchise.

Like Suggs?

Umm, yah...Suggs is probably the #1 pick in this draft based off of his college and prep tape.

Has anyone really busted besides Morrison? and Morrison was a pretty polarizing prospect

Some say Zach Collins but to me, he just can't catch a break from the injury bug like JI.

BUT as i said, they do have one of the 50 greatest nba players in their alumni so they can't be that bad. Lol

Brandon Clarke is really good. Domatas Sabonis is obviously an all-star.

It's too early to tell on Suggs and Kispert.

Hachimura may be a bust.

I think the thing that stands out here. On Chet how few midrangers he took. You think of a skinny center who can't bully his way into the post he would end up settling for mid range turn arounds. Also his trailing three is pretty evident

He was #9 pick, so I wouldn't call a guy that averages 13/5 a bust.

Looks like Jamari Smith has withdrawn his name from the NBA draft and will attend another year of school.

He's Jabari's cousin and will attend Murray State this year.

That shot chart summarizes their offensive games well... Banchero, 3 level scorer... Chet, smart efficient shots, at the basket or from long range, and jabari, 3 point specialist... I think i'm leaning more towards Banchero or Chet... Banchero if you think he has that star potential (Lebron Lite?) and will translate to the faster/bigger NBA or Chet just for his length and all rounds skills. Jabari just seems like a 3d role player and at 6'10, thats not really THAT tall... although the kids just turned 19...

How does a 6'10" dude shoot well below Division I average around the hoop? Out of all the red flags for the top 3 prospects, this is at the top for me. Yikes.

Wouldn't an NBA defense just bait him into going to the hoop if he's gonna shoot worse than D1 average (which I assume includes all the tiny guards) at the rim?

I think we can all agree that Jabari had the worst shooting around him to give him space. If he was on that Gonzaga team instead of Chet I think he averages well over 20 PPG as an 18-year-old.
