What is he supposed to say? "Whatever, I'm just waiting to be traded."?

He isn't pushing the issue, but his trade request stills stands and we're still faced with huge decisions in the coming weeks.

He could be vague and say "yeah we're playing really well right now and need to keep it up", etc.. Why extend the time frame that long, regardless of who it favors? In this case: the Magic

not until he learns how to shoot a 3. Seriously. That is a prerequisite on our team.

That is the flaw I see in our system. We run a 1 in 4 out style 48 minutes even when Dwight isn't in the game. It doesn't work without Dwight yet we have no other plays to run with him on the bench so our 2nd unit suffers for it. We should be diverse enough to run 1 in 4 out with Dwight in the game and another completely different style with him on the bench. Then we could utilize our SGs.

Liggins has never missed a shot in the NBA. How does he not get more time?

They need to stop with the damn ghengis grill commercials. There are none anywhere close to Orlando. I am hoping it is to build brand recognition and they are coming soon. I miss the BD's that was in Altamonte :(

Nice to see the rook step up in limited action. Hope this forces Stan to play him more often.

I know, it's just getting annoying how people are going to pull something negative out of something that was more of a positive, unless you decide to read into it.

He is going to be a professional, as long as he is under contract here he will focus on what he can do here. Some of you are looking too much into meaningless comments for hope in this. He has requested to be traded and has not backed off, that is not a good thing for us. I'm glad we are playing well and Dwight is handling the situation professionally, but this isn't a very good situation going forward.

Don't get to hyped about Dwight talking playoffs. I think he DOESN'T want to be traded... Maybe lakers but NJ isn't going to the post season so I'm sure he'd prefer a title shot and then leave in free agency without anyone gutting a team for him.
