Not a chance.
Lamb
Martin
Toronto pick
Are the only givens in a deal like this.

We have to remember - Houston is going to give us back less for taking on all those bad contracts.

And this def does not rule out the Lakers 3way.

That seems like a good realistic trade to me. The only problem is we'd have to many good SG's. One of Lamb, Martin, Redick would be the odd man out or trade bait.

Switch Lamb for Patterson then? But don't you guys have a lot of PFs?

Hell no, Lamb is probably the centerpiece of the trade (kinda weird to say) as far as actual players back are involved.
If we take back martin, it will only be a one year rental, and JJ is on a one year deal at this point too, so Lamb HAS to be part of the trade

Nah, I'd rather switch Martins for someone else. Lamb has to be a part of any Dwight deal IMO.

I like Kevin Martin in the deal, can move him and BBD for an upgrade at SF or C.

Martin is a 12M expiring and a vet player to be a locker room presence for young guys.

Absolute necessities in the trade would be: Raptors Pick, Lamb, Martins, Houston Pick, Dallas Pick.

Kevin Martin has to be in a HOU/ORL package. Not because of his talent or anything, but merely because of his expiring contract.

I like Lamb a lot and I think his game will translate well to the NBA..not sure I'm feeling the Rudy Gay comparison at all though

He is like Rip Hamilton IMO, can really get his shot off

Houston doesnt have their own pick
Wouldnt mind white in place of that pick though. He can play that point forward role that hedo USED to run successfully for us

First we would be getting major cap relief the best group of young players w small or expiring contracts. We would also be getting the best possible draft picks out of the proposed deals we have heard so far. I like Bynum and know he is the best player being offered for Dwight but if its true he doesnt wanna be here i dont want to go thru this all again next year.

Welcome! I hope you don't mind being flamed on message boards. Because you will get flamed for every opinion you have. :D

What about the Houston pick for 2014, when Dwight walks that will be a great pick?

just a future houston pick is what I meant. I guess White or Parsons could be substituted though.

It's true. Though if you get past the flaming, and still decide to stay, then you know you've earned the right to flame others.

Do we really have to take back Toney Douglas in this deal..... SIIIIIIIIIIIGGHHHHH......
I'd almost rather keep Duhon..
LMao ahahahahaha NO lmao ahahahahahahah I kid I kid

(I think somewhere deep in my heart I will miss Mr. Duhon if traded..... I think)

I want all three of their rookies.. ALL OF THEM!

Also, am I the only one trying to figure out why the rockets would make this deal... Seriously, Dwight might not even stay with them. It just sounds crazy.
