But at the same time...even after all the Dwight drama...I would still enjoy seeing that team lay the wood to Miami for the next 2-3 years :D
Why? I'd rather see Lebron win another title than see this whining coward hoist a trophy and smiling in June.

The only reason not to have traded him to BKN if you were going to in January is to make sure Lopez's foot is healthy. Not saying it's a valid reason, but if it doesn't end up happening that in combination with us probably promising Dwight we'd trade him there which wouldn't surprise me.

"@MarkDeeksNBA: Orlando received a $4,350,000 trade exception in Ryan Anderson sign-and-trade."<- A pocket you can fit a future salary into.

Did we know how much it was for before? Sorry if repost.

That'd be a scenario that would leave me an ex-magic fan.

Still can't get over the idea of Hennigan not having a plan to build the team into a contender. Not sure if it's true, but just awful if it is.

And if the Rockets think Lamb/D-Mo/K-Mart/picks is too much for D12, thats fine. I'd rather let him sit on the bench all year than take a bad deal.

Nope , he came here planning to blow it up . He may not know exactly what players he will have but I think he knew he was gonna blow it up and start over regardless of what all these so called reporters say. Anyone with half a brain knows thats the only way this can end . Hes just going through the motions of trying to keep Dwight for DeVos sake

There is a strong push coming from Howard's camp to deal the disgruntled center to the Lakers. Viewed as only realistic possibility

And why are Turk and JRich still on the team!?!?!? Cut them if you have to. Just get us some players with some heart.

If he early on expressed no desire to return, why would we tell him our plans?

that sounds like the most petty and childish response to the situation (not from you, but as a course of action).

we should have plans that include him and don't include him. if our plans for both are the same, then why haven't we made the moves already? if they're different, what do we have to lose by telling him? if he still wants out, what would it matter if he knew that we planned to pair him with Monta/Iggy/etc? because surely we wouldn't be targeting them any longer.

why did Henny traded young Anderson but signed J Nelson for ridiculous 25mil/3years? when he clearly could have waited to sign nelson to that extension

another few questions:

1. why didnt he meetup with Dwight with the new coach?
2. Why he didnt have a deal or 2 to show Dwight he is taking things seriously and wants to be really serious about winning....Like the Lakers over paid to get unrestricted free agent Steve nash???
just like Billy King did when he meetup with Deron Williams.

honest answers would be appreciated instead of bashing me for being a laker fan

thanks

**** him, I don't want nothing to do with Bynum. I'd rather just take the Houston deal, no matter what it is.

This has to be from Dwights people, trying to make Henny look like the bad one. Another report has Dwight saying right up front he had no interest in ever signing with the Magic again, so Henny had no reason to discuss the plans and future of an organization he will not be a part of. Why continue to feed Dwights ego and make presentations to him trying to win him back when he is spitting in his teams face.

Opting in was stupid, everyone knew it. Thats why the Magic tried to give him a chance to change his mind. He commited to another year, not to 1 playoff run so **** him.

Give me on prospect, and expiring, and two draft picks over Bynum. I don't care.

Jarrod N Rudolph ‏@JRudolphSports

Very unprofessional of you to read from my story, verbatim, and not credit me for my work on the 10:00pm ET Sportscenter, @ChrisHCotter.

I know most of you don't follow him, but he's spent the last two hours asking around to find out who the ESPN anchors were at the time they read his stuff on air.

I mean, they cant even take back bad contracts at this point, havent all trade rumours basically been centered around us focusing on getting rid of contracts rather than getting value back? I assumed thats why we were considering taking varejao and garbage picks (shudder) because they could take back a bunch of bad contracts. . .somebody please console me, tell me we wont trade him for lopez :(

3. There is a troll in the house.
lets look
1. This was a meeting to see if it was a done deal, he had to go.
2. If he does not want to be there, he does not need to see your teams plans or get any say in them.

Now go back to Lakerland and enjoy your superteam brought to you by the NBA.

Because to be frank Otis tied our hands with so many awful deals there are no deals to be made.

I agree with Jarrod here. He could probably go about it a different way, but I don't blame him for being heated. It's just wrong not to cite your sources.
