If you wonder why our rebuild is over 10 years and counting, it might have something to do with using 589 first round picks on guards that never seem to work out. What's one more. He may work out or not, who knows, but I'm not sure any franchise is worse at finding guards than we are.

If you like this pick, you don’t understand modern basketball.

Like Black alot, possible moves to be made with some guards.

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

I like Anthony Black, I like him a bunch.

But I'm really bummed because I like all our current Guards as well.
Some tough decisions are coming up.
Glad I don't have to make those decisions.
I get to just kick back and criticize.

Is it though? The Magic value high iq interchangeable players the most. Imo Cole does not fit that and is in the most danger.

Great. We need shooing like no other team. What are we doing? Running same team, just replacing our best shooter Harris with Anthony Black, worst shooter in lottery. Lol. I’m out

I don't know what people were expecting at 6. What great shooters in that tier were still on the board? You draft BPA at 6. Fit can come at 11 or free agency,

He is very similar to Markelle Fultz. Let the seculation of Cole Anthony leaving town begin.

wouldnt it make more sense to Fultz to be moved? since they are so alike

If we move Fultz we are kinda taking a step-back. Lets be honest, when Fultz sits we really dont have a real PG left. We have a scoring PG and a defensive guard so far.

Maybe we just groom Black to replace Fultz. Roolie PGs arent known to be immediately be good in the league.

Could be insurance.

Magic will not likely pick PG at #11 so it won't be a player at the same position.

It’s no more in danger than it’s always been. Black is not starting. At best Fultz has about that much time to start shooting some 3s or he’s gone by his own hands anyway.

Coolibally to Wizards makes more sense considering the Pacers coach.
