I was already planning to drop this kernel of knowledge in the general board tonight.

I love Shard because he is content not to score 21 in a half if it is in the teams best interest. For a guy that never went to college, he gets it.

Pretty much. It's one of the reasons he's a perfect sidekick for Dwight. I don't care (honestly) if his numbers in scoring are under 20 this season because when he gets the ball we all know there's a great chance of watching him do the right thing (passing, shooting, driving).
And his defense is underrated. He's not a banger, he's a finesse guy. That's why he leads this team in steals.

We would not have won this game with another 20 turnover performance. Very good job with the ball movement and not turning the ball over too much.

he actually played REALLY well. I was very pleased with Garrity. But let's hope that doesn't mean we see a lot more of him, lol.

Garrity or Cook in the playoffs?

let's not get carried away mattyboi. The Cavs played a bad second half for them, and a terrible 4th quarter. They're usually not that offensively inept in the 4th, especially with Lebron. They just made too many mistakes.

I was very pleased with Garrity. He hit some shots, got a few tough rebounds in traffic, took an elbow from Smith for the offensive foul.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

I'd still go with Cook. He's the much more confident player. He's a little off right now, but his shooting is so explosive. All it takes is for him to knock one down and he could potentially jack up 3 more and drill them.

But if he starts sucking hard, throw Pat in there!

yea definitely Cook. Play it like it was tonight. if Cook is struggling, and Rashard is in foul trouble, then Garrity's not a bad idea. If Garrity is then playing better stick with him the rest of the game. But otherwise stick with Cook, who besides tonight has been playing excellent and looks like he's in much better shape than he was a few months ago.
