Numerous reports have indicated that Steve Nash is strongly considering signing with the Raptors.

Several NBA personnel executives have confirmed the rumors may have real traction.

"I've been hearing that from people that would know," said one Western Conference executive. "The Raptors may not be ready to win right away, but with (Andrea) Bargnani, (DeMar) DeRozan and maybe (Jonas) Valanciunas coming over next season, they could be pretty decent right away with Nash. And they could have enough cap space to get something done there."

Nash is set to become an unrestricted free agent for the first time since 2004.

I don't see Perry leaving Detroit. It's his hometown and he loves the Pistons and Dumars. Though he did work with Hennigan in 07-08 with the Sonics, I don't think that 1yr stint is enough to break the bond/commitment/loyalty he has with Dumars & the Pistons.

Glad to know Henny is working to fill out his staff.

Rap's could be very good if Nash goes there. They can draft an athletic wing or trade it for...Rudy Gay?

pretty sure if their is a trade it will be between sactown and houston. with sac scheduling a workout with harkless and lowrys odd tweet it looks like the obvious scenario

to many people will need the ball to be effective on that team(except anderson). i just dont think tyreke is a player you can win with on your team unless hes your sixth man james harden type player

For what it's worth, the same guy who told me Stan was being fired and Otis' decision wasn't made (remember Otis quit after Stan was fired) told me today he still thinks Dwight's staying and Josh Smith is on his way over at some point.

Again, grain of salt, but he's come through once so I'm enclined to trust him somewhat.
