Cole went from .338 to .364. a 2.6% improvement.

Suggs went from .214 to .327, an 11.3% improvement

I think Keyonte climbs up the mock draft rankings and we end up taking him at 6. There is nothing wrong with his college production and he was the #6 recruit coming into college.

So Cole went up .026 and Suggs went up.113. I put the decimal in the wrong place.

If they both go up next season half of what they did last season, Cole will be at 377 and Suggs at 384.

Just curious... why did you say Weham was watching George play yet that links read the Raps GM the ones watching?

Because I could clearly see Weltman and Hammond watching in the photo. Thanks to Raptor fans for the photo.

Cam or Black at 6, Keyonte at 11. Not sure where the minutes are for both picks though...

I'm thinking we almost have to go with a wing with one pick (to backup Paolo/Franz) and a guard with the other pick to start or backup Fultz/Suggs.

I like the way you're thinking. Another option I'm really starting to like is Keyonte and Lively.

Even before the 3 point shooting... i thought lively would be a great pick up to flesh out our center position. Love what goga and Mo brought to the team... but another center with strong defensive potential... especially as a rim protector would be a great add to our team.

Doubt he would be available at 21/22 if we were able to trade down.11 to the nets and pick him up and another player. lol. but...maybe 11 for 16 + 2024 pick (from another team) could make it happen too with the jazz.

Does anybody think Keyonte is more than a SG? Could he be a ball handling, distributing PnR "Lead Guard" who doesn't mind scoring in bunches, but not to the point of passing up his quality teammates? I seriously don't know. All I see are highlights with him making crazy, ill-advised shots and some inefficient stats that sound right after the clips.

Could he be our Jamal Murray or is some other kind of player? We know he can go for 20ppg, can he get 8apg too?

I've heard from some analysts that he has some upside as a lead guard, but I don't see it.

Personally, I'd rather take two swings at BPA and then draft Edey with our 2nd round pick.

There’s no scenario where I’d be comfortable taking George at 6 knowing who else is going to be on the board.

Tbh I probably wouldn’t take him at 11 either, but I could at least see a scenario where that makes sense.

Btw, I never wanna hear "this is an X player before Magic pick" draft after watching the Heat consistently compete in deep playoff runs with Butler/Bam + a bunch of late picks and undrafted players

I was just about to post something like this. That head shape is pretty unmistakable, even in grainy photographs. :D

Also I want to say if the Magic make any sort of draft decisions based on who a player’s agent is instead of the player’s talent and fit, the front office should be immediately fired.

I don’t *think* they’re operating like that, but if they are it’s completely unacceptable.

I don’t care in the slightest if a prospect is represented by Klutch, Mike Miller or have no agent at all. It’s all irrelevant compared to how good that player is or isn’t.

Or the Nuggets killing it with a 2nd rounder and a guy picked 7th. Well constructed teams matter so much even if you have a star.
