The Magic won a nail-biter against a better team who happened to be missing their best player. Deal with it. We **** ing won, no need to get into stupid squabbles.

Preach.

Although it's funny reading the Celtics bored.. "Howard is soft" "Scrub Turkoglu needed a 3 to win without KG" - yet they barely beat the Wolves full powered.. I hate when people base one game on the playoffs.

Who knew almost beating the Pistons all those years ago would lead to this.

I almost hope we do meet them in the conference finals. Let's see who really is the better team.

The PG position is our achilles heal offensively & defensively. Hubie made a point of saying it at the start of the game.

From the NBA.com recap:
"Ray Allen tied it for Boston at 93-93 with 14.1 seconds left, and Orlando took its time on the last possession. Carlos Arroyo dribbled up the court and held the ball, the whole arena on its feet screaming. Turkoglu curled around and pulled up an ugly shot, but it went in."

What the hell??? You might call the shot lucky but ugly???
That shot was beautiful... that guy is definately a Celtics fan :nonono:

It's an ugly shot if it doesnt go in. It's off balanced if it does...how many times do I have to tell them this!

Yeah I would question the shot selection but an ugly shot is when Shawn Marion shoots... ok he had to take a tough shot but with 6-10 he can shoot over nearly everyone. The shot had great arc & it it nothing but net.
No this was a perfect shot

Good game, I hope we do meet up in the conference finals. It would be a fun series.

Good Luck in the future against other teams.

hedo's shot selection wasn't good at fourth quarter but last shot is not arguable. we won the game with that shot. It's not an ugly shot, it's a tough shot. This just makes it more valuable...

Yea i don't like nba.com having preferences and putting bias opinions into their recaps. That's crap. It should say "put up an unusual shot" or a "tough shot" and it went in. It wasn't incredibly ugly, Hedo takes that kind of shot all the time. NBA.com should be like the AP, report it as it is. Don't put opinions into it, and thinking a shot is "ugly" is an opinion.

The only time the word "ugly" and Turkey glue come into the same sentence is when they are united by the term opposite of.

Dude a straight up mac!

I have to admit the Turk shot was a thing of beauty. I couldn't believe it went in. The crowd went absolutely berserk.
