Instead of rookies, we get them in the form of draft picks. We get Harkless, who most of us liked leading up to the draft. Vujevic was promising in spurts last year. Afflalo is a good player. We dump J-rich.

This is far and away better than letting him walk. Far and away better than trading for veterans and being mediocre.

It's not our dream deal, certainly, but I think the level of freak out in here is unwarranted.

All true. But it's the Magic board.

Jammer Nelson, Turkoglu, Duhon,Harrigton are so tradeable.

Turk, Duhon, and Harrington are not guarenteed past this year. Nelson will be movable. Not saying they are the best assets, but every single piece can be moved now. We have no idea what offers we had.

turk has $6mil in his contract, harrington has $4mil in his contract, duhon has $1.5mil in his contract. they are not free expirings

You guys should be mad at Dwight for being a dbag, not your GM. He basically handcuffed your team by playing dictator with the trade market and leaving the Magic essentially limited in who wants to take him on.

All the people that want to bail, we will see you later. I trust the people making our draft picks and will still be here when you all return in 2 years.

I actually get Breaking News emails from FoxSports and they are reporting it on there and on their website now.

Exactly they are not guaranteed so if we want them to go away we will either have to pay them or probably absorb more salary in a trade. They are negative assets.

So what if Harkless turns into the next Tracy Mcgrady but without the injuries. Affalo becomes the next Pippen and Andrew Nicholson turns into Kevin Garnett. Vucivec turns into Arvydas Sabonis and we draft a Russell Westbrook to replace Jameer.

On the flip side Bynum leaves Philly for Dallas in the offseason. Dwight re-injures his back and never comes back to full form. Do we win the trade then?

How the hell can you possibly say Harkless is not a young player with upside?

PS, Hennigans moves thus far would make Otis Smith proud.

god forbid some of us magic fans are upset and mention it on a magic message board. if you're happy about the trade thats awesome for you, but no need to jab at the people who don't like it.

Thank You

CP3 and Melo asked to go to teams with assets that worked. Dwight **** us by asking to go to 2 teams with Nothing we could take on and feel good about it.
