Black reminds me of a Derrick white type of player. Not sure of that's worth it. But I could be wrong

It completely ruined the draft for me when it was casually mentioned who the Magic picked. I missed the pick and everything. :banghead:

Put it on ESPN for pick by pick traditional broadcast

One of Cam, Dick or Hendricks will be available at 11...nice, but we probably go with an unknown or anotger Michigan player in Bufkin and we are all left confused, lol

Yeah, I’m not convinced at all by Black. Feel like we could’ve traded back, got some extra assets and still end up with him if we’re totally convinced he’s the guy. Let’s hope that we nail 11.

Well, Black said it himself he expects someone moved. He already said it, "I want Fultz or Cole or Suggs out of here." What a nice comment from a rookie.

Except he didn’t say that.

Except he did. I read between the lines.

And by the way, it's completely okay to think that. And to want it even.

But not to say it out loud.

I low key (high key?) want Lively to go to Dallas at 10 so the Magic aren't tempted.

He is very similar to Markelle Fultz. Let the seculation of Cole Anthony leaving town begin.

wouldnt it make more sense to Fultz to be moved? since they are so alike

It might be the case.

You can't play them together. Maybe they have them both for a few years.

we shall see.

The magic are not contending anytime soon, they have plenty of time if they chose to start Black.

Huh? You baked? They’re absolutely competing this year.

don't see a star even if he shoots decent way.

no pop,not super athlete.

i can bet he is gonna have an nba carreer tough,he has good qualities,if all connect could be a good"connector" almost as Lonzo was.

Need more than that as a return at 6

yeah but then there is reality.

i would take more risk for sure, but you also draft what is available.

getting a good piece is not bad at #6,we always do not remember a lot of these guys will be a bust in few years.

and good news is Black is almost impossible to be one of them(at least for me)

The magic really need shooters, Whitmore would not make sense they already drafted Black. My guess is Dick or the dude out of UConn.

If we draft Bufkin, I think the Magic may opt out of Fultz and Harris' deals.

Everyone knows that they selected Black because he can play 1-3. Magic FO loves that.

You’re not the only one. Our management is dumpster fire bad.

You know what's funny, I hear all the time "we trust our front office" and then they draft and we're still confused and not excited about the pick. I just don't get this one.

Yeah, I see solid role player for Black but you hope to get more potential at 6.

Here's the thing, we were drafting 6. Not 1, 2, or 3. It is what it is and we took BPA.
