That's not to say that he won't be good... it's just that he's a rook that doesn't play much defense. I also want to point out that his season splits are 34/30/77 with the greenest of green lights. That works on a team that is 7-16. It doesn't work for a team that is 16-7 and trying to stay in second place in the east.

Maybe.. but would he have played or contributed more than Jett??

34/30/77... he would not be contributing while playing zero minutes for us. Again, I'm not arguing that he's not better than Jett... we don't know that but I bet Jett could shoot 34/30/77 given a green light on the Jazz. And this is coming from someone that would have loved to see Keyonte picked with our second lotto pick. It's hard to say 'WE SHOULD HAVE PICKED X!!!' when we haven't really even given the guy we drafted a chance yet.

Probably because Jett looks like a deer in the headlights early in the season while KG looka composed and ready to play.

Anybody thinks Milwaukee a Championship contender with Dame and Giannis? Can they win it all beating Celtics, 76ers and maybe us? Should we monitor Bucks situation?

That's how it usually works when you're in these two different situations. If you know you're going to play regardless of how poorly you play, there are less jitters. When you get garbage time minutes as a rook and, even still, you're coach is EXPECTING you to make the right reads and play defense, you tend to look a deer in the headlights. I'm not worried one bit.

We are not a contender. Our talent is too spread out. We aren't top heavy enough, yet. A few more years yet for Paolo, Franz, and Suggs to talent up.

That said, I think the Bucks are a contender. Giannis is top 3 in the league and Dame is top 20, with solid talent throughout the lineup. I like them over anyone else in the East.

I think depending on the matchup this year in the playoffs Paolo is gonna steam roll em to our early contention starting.

I hope for the best as always though. You are mostly correct in that we need P + F to become more top heavy guys. On that note though. We need to look hard at efficiency stats, points in the 3rd / 4th quarter, and two way impact to gauge this. As I do not think we will finish, nor will we ever be constructed as a top (checks notes) 5 offense.

The Warriors have been my secondary team since Baron Davis and Jason Richardson were there. Steph Curry is probably my favorite non Magic player ever. But its pretty hard to root for them with Draymond. Obviously this has been going on for years, and isnt new. But just feels like its been more regular and so much unnecessary.

Also the Warriors having Chris Paul is another reason why I dislike them a lot. Because he is up there with Draymond with most dirty player in NBA. CP is just a lot more sneaky than Draymond.

I hope Draymond gets a minimum 10 games for his punch to Nurkic.

There should be progressive punishment/suspension type of action in sports for non-sportsmenship behavior.
Let's say you get Green 5 games. Next time around it's 10. Next time around it's 20 and 30% off salary. Next time around it's 40 and 50% salary. So yea... go ahead pretend you are UFC fighter .

On court, i don't really think they lost much by losing him.
I'm watching that game, and all of their starters but Curry suck.

Wiggins is a**, this version of him is poor man Ariza payed like he is Kobe.

Thompson fell off cliff.

Green has 1 steal in past 10 games, his defense is nowhere near his past versions and years.

They are held by bench. At this point it's hard to find excuses why Wiggins isn't on bench for Moody or Kuminga.

should be 10 games minimum for green but i doubt the player's association will go for that, so it'll probably be 5 games

Considering the history and the intent I would give him 25 games minimum and make an example out of him. Dudes a clown and hasn't learned anything and will end up hurting someone.

Green sees the writing on the wall for this GSW team and wants to be at a distance when they fail. He's punching his way to maintaining his legacy, which is a pretty ironic way of going about it!

If it were up to me, Green would get suspended for live. Why? These guys need to be made aware that they’re supposed to be role models. They have a god given ability and they’re paid like it.

Play a physical game, talk trash whatever but there’s lines being crossed and I don’t like it one bit. Come on we’re allowing Bridges to beat up his (ex?) wife in front of his kids, Giddey to bang underaged kids, and Draymond to choke 2+ meter Frenchmen.. but hey take a break and continue to be the face of the league.. it’s disgraceful.

I’m glad to be a Magic fan nowadays with guys that work their tails off, enjoy eachothers company and look to be a bunch of good guys.

Now let’s safe Curry from that dumpster in GS..

What actually happened is that Green is allowed to keep hitting and kicking people for no reason. Like Nurkic said “ I’m just glad he didn’t try to choke me”. It’s pretty sad that players are more afraid of his temper than his bball skills..

Well, 5 second opinion is Dennis Rodman pt 2 with less haircoloring.

He has simply been enabled for too long and I doubt he is going to change now.

Pacers Bucks got no defense per usual

If the Bucks can somehow get Caruso, they are easily title favorites
