Back and forth....back and forth. Ignore the rumors. We have learned nothing new. Orlando wants to keep Howard in a Magic Jersey; Howard wants a trade, but will stay in Orlando if we can prove to him we are contenders. It is not that compliated.

Btw, if we had to trade D12/Hedo I want to trade him for D.Jordan/Mo Williams. Clippers can win right now<D12/Griffin/CP3
RDV should tell stern he is tired of being a farm team and tired of how the leauge is structured that allows it and he is taking his ball and going home. The small market owners should have fought much harder in the CBA battle.
All the small market teams should just put their teams up for sale and say screw it, have a 6 team league.
If winning now is really the only option than unless they can bring in a second star then our best shot is this year. Play with Howard and the guys we have and pray the 3's keep dropping.
Gotta love Loyalty! Go Magic!

If the Magic win, he will stay. If not, the chances are he will leave.

Doesn't matter, we can't bend over and trade him for these crappy offers.
Fire Otis!

They dont need Hedo's big contract or even Jameer's (they have CP3, Billups and Bledsoe at PG).
No way they trade Blake for D12+Hedo.

you know what i'm probably one of the few that have Howard in my rearview mirror...I'm already past the point of caring about this rollercoaster of emotions...i got off that ride man i can't understand it anymore....You know what i find myself interested to see how a team without Dwight can do...I mean we trade Dwight to the Nets get Lopez + Marshon Brooks(look him up) Picks and Cap space....Not sure what we do with Hedo...Stan says he'd been doing well in practice...Do we still trade him even though he can have a bounce back year? So after Dwight pending Hedo we're looking at....
Nelson/Hughes/Duhon
J-Rich/Redick/Wafer/Brooks
Hedo?/Q/Harper
Davis/Anderson/Harper
Lopez/Davis/Orton
I look at that roster and i don't see worst team in the league...might be just me but i would still be interested to see what that team could do....Offense won't be a problem with that team it would be Defense and possibly Rebounding....Could this team pull a Detroit and go far without a superstar? or is it wishful thinking?

starting to feel this way too. I also say push Duhon to them along with Hedo and take Farmar. I trust him as backup PG better than Duhon. he makes slightly more, with 1 year less (actually has a player option for next year).

I totally agree! The most frustrating part as a fan is Dwight doesn't realize he has a lot of power to change this franchise excluding making trades for "wishlist players" than he thinks. If Howard wants Otis gone it's pretty much done! I wish he had a fiery Garnett attitude of today and put the city on his back/change culture, etc. etc. and become a true legend in O-town. At the end of the day, he mentions he has to do what's best for him. But he would ultimately feel a empty void had he won a championship in another city and not Orlando!

Looks like the 10th seed in the east to me
We either keep Dwight and ride it out
or
if posible trade him for something like Blake Griffin + Mo Williams (expiring) + whatever filler need be on both sides
I havent seen any other idea worth considering.
Brook Lopez? Even if we get cap room by trading with New Jersey who would there be to go after with the cap room? Loosing a season of Dwight isn't worth Brook Lopez alone. We could get cap room anyway if Dwight walks.
As for Gasol/Bynum, those guys are just the Lakers party leftovers. Maybe if Gasol was 3 years younger. He still has 3 years 20 mil per left and is not worth building a team around.

According to Dwight, he doesn't have as much clout as some of you (us) expect him to have. RDV values principle & values above anything else.

Yeah.....I stopped reading when you said to look up Marshon Brooks. If you have to tell people to look up a player, then it aint even worth reading about. Did you see what the hornets got? Come on people, stop settling. Its a good thing your not our GM

he said look him up because he is a rookie. Kid is explosive, can score from anywhere on the court, actually drives to the basket. If we have to deal with NJ, he should definitely have to be involved.

Well i can respect your opinion but i think that roster is still Talented but everyone has their own opinion....Either way it's a risk because if we ride it out good chance we lose him for nothing....Plus Dwight has played his position quite well by saying he'll only extend with certain teams...So LA and his preferred Nets are the only choices for now because LA gives us a pathway to still be somewhat competitive and the Nets could be the pathway to rebuild with youth and picks....
Don't know if it's as simple as just riding it out...Is the FO really able to let Dwight walk for nothing? Trying to deal Dwight to teams other than the ones on his preferred list they will want Dwight to commit longterm which he won't do so for me It's either the Nets or LA...I rather let him walk than give him to LA so i take the Nets Youth, Picks and Cap space

No BS rookies! I want a proven star and a low first rounder. Come on, that trade isnt even worth half of what the Hornets got for CP. If you thought our assets were bad, wow, go look at NJ's. They dont have sh*t outside of derron and thats why they suck. Let them suffer. f*ck NJ. my point is, dont just settle on trades. thats how teams get F'ed in this league.

We're not getting that man, unless Dwight lets up on that ridiculous list of his.
I mean, why the f*ck wouldn't he want to go to OKC or Chicago? BOTH of those teams can easily trounce the bullsh*t offers we're getting now.
