I really hope this is a huge joke post. Dwight is possibly pursuing legal actions because he's an idiot who can't make a decision and go with it. He wants to get out of his decision and is reaching for straws.

Dwight will say his back hurts and wont play for a team like say minnesota. He hasnt given it much thought as to where he wants to go but hes stubborn so he might just do what he wants. He has more leverage than you guys think.

He has some leverage. But it also looks like NJ will be capped out by this summer. He might have to pick another location soon depending on what the the nets do.

Letting Dwight walk away next year combined with Hedo's last year bing non-guaranteed (and coupled with some trades getting expirings) leave us in a better place than trading him for the Nets trash.
His leverage is none. At this point the Magic may let him sit out a season, tank and get a high lotto pick and combine that with cap space for 2 max contracts next summer. Why not? Why would the management fold to the desires of the spoiled prick and get only trash in return?

I'm thinking if we move Howard to LA, LA will probably get a 3rd team involved so they can also move Gasol's contract so we would probably get more than just Bynum in return.
