Gasol is an all-star... but I think NoLimit might be referring to his age/mileage more than anything... he will be 32 in 5 days... his prime has ended.
Sure he can probably still put up 17-20ppg and grab rebounds around his normal average for a few more years... but at some point the decline will occur, and that's not worth the headache and frustration... father time is undefeated... And Gasol doesn't look like the type of guy who can keep up the high level of play player like KG, Duncan, Nash, Kobe, Pierce, and other former "all-stars" in their mid 30s have done, because those players stay in great condition/shape for the most part, and they changed their game up.
I can still see Pau avg 14/8 & 16/9 when he's 35-37 years old.
