Utah is such a well run organization. What a find Mitchell was. To lose Hayward and still find a way to move up in the draft to draft a star and continue to be as competitive as they are is truly remarkable.

Honestly when the one remaining cheerleader here says Vuc is actually good at defense, it makes sense. He is never in these game threads to witness the slaughter firsthand.

Also a really well-coached team. Everyone is disciplined on defense and plays the lanes with their hands up. Extremely unselfish on offense, and they run some of the best sets in the NBA. Despite the lack of a true star talent, there's a level of competence that you can expect from Utah on a nightly basis. I always wished that Vogel would be able to at the very least instill that.

I'm just gonna focus on the positives from this half cause going over the negatives more will just make me angry...

Isaac is a legitimate impact player on D which has me very giddy on his upside. What I enjoy about him the most is that he plays the game with a very high basketball IQ. His floor alone will make him a good player for us.

Although his shots weren't falling, I just like how aggressive Mario plays now on the offensive end. Seeing that he works so hard in the gym, I think he will only get better as his career moves forward. His upside is far greater than Evan's IMO.

Gordon and Fournier combined for 4/19 fga... would be a lot closer if they didn't look like biyombo out there. Hopefully they don't get hot until we're getting blown out.

Spurs (who look old and pedestrian these days) are in a battle with Memphis right now. Hopefully Memphis can steal that game.
