You’d think as much positive publicity he brings to the Magic, that they’d give Mac some court time. Can’t be worse than the mid pg play we have now.

We need to start a petition to force Magic to play Mac. Dude deserves a legit shot to prove if he can play at this level.

He is not a legit NBA game player. Sure give him 5 minutes over Corey. We were down to 9 warm bodies and still didn’t play him.

Again I don’t care if he gets some garbage time minutes but that would cost the team more money.

I don’t see it happening.

I just noticed the jersey that McClung dunked in. I wonder if that's an indication of the Magic rebrand or just a throwback. It would behoove the Magic to have him use a jersey they plan on being timeless if he was about to make dunk contest history.

We can only hope it’s an indication of the rebrand.

Freaking amazing lift on that guy...I still thought AG's (loss to Lavine) was the best performance.

I also don't think a G League guy should be here...watch other orgs start grabbing playground/YouTube dunk gods to their G League teams just for this.

I'd also say...he was the G-League MVP, he can handle and shoot...is he really THAT bad that he can't get a minute on a team that was in tatters for months?

The NBA wants so badly for its dunk contest to be the main attraction to All-Star Weekend they make exceptions. For Mac it’s cool, he just made himself $100K winning it and that’s a lot of money for someone in the G-League BUT that’s freaking DIRT CHEAP for the NBA.

That photo of Mac jumping over that KIA is being seen everywhere today. Talk about cheap publicity for KIA and the NBA. Kinda feels like exploitation honestly. He won the contest but in the end feels like the robbed him smh.
