I agree with you about stepping up. Some guys need to play more to their capabilities. Duhon, Gortat, Q, and Malik to name a few, but they are more than capable guys to go along with others like MP, JJ, Bass, and Ryan, and that's just the bench. Vince and Shard aren't going to give you Kobe-esque production every night, I don't care if their salaries say they should, but they are still damn good players. They just need a well oiled team to go along with their somewhat inconsistent play. Add two dominant guys at their position, or soon to be as we see Jameer blossom, and you have the makings of a championship team. Coaching is the key however. Stan needs to find the right formula for the minutes, and change his style when the situation calls for it. Practice it, and play it consistently in the regular season so its habit forming come playoff time. Its really as simple as that.
