Hope you are right, unprotected 2013 or 14 would be nice.

McBob for Warick shows me this franchise is ready to go all in on Harkless. McBob was probably bitching about no minutes.

You killed us. Harris has a massive ceiling and will become a very good player with the minutes. Still very young, great attitude, great size and building a good offensive repertoire. Needs some work on his D but a great prospect.

Lamb can still become a good rotation guy and was a great second round pick. Shot wasn't falling for us but it will and he will be a solid shooter.

His final year (next year) is a team option according to shamsports.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

You know we could have asked for 2014 picks right?

I do not think teams want to deal those.

Draft Picks are much more valuable in this CBA and everyone expects 2014 to be a great Draft.

Non-lottery picks typically equal starter at best. We now have 7Mil expiring and two young prospects (i.e. - equivalent to lottery picks in a supposedly bad draft). I wish Redick wasn't traded, but I understand why it had to happen.

The big idea with picks is that the Bucks and Cats will both be bad next year. This means more chances for Henny to work his scouting magic and draft better than everyone else. Instead we get the rejects from these bad teams.

Consider this for a moment. Do you all remember how bad Tyson Chandler was when he was first drafted? He was drafted young. Now look at him. I'm not saying Tobias will be anything of that level, but he was drafted at 18. Teams are too quick to give up on these guys, give um a shot to develop with the right expectations and who knows.

Trade isnt great, not bad, we suck even more, but this is what henny wants, young players on rookie contracts, it definetly helps with our assets, we could make a huge move next year

I will miss McBob's bad hair.

Can any of these guys play defense? Not that i expect to go on a winning streak or anything, just asking.

Does Harris play better at SG or SF?

cats fan here. trying to figure out orlando's motivation for trading mcroberts for warrick. both play same position. same length of deals (warrick has team option for next year). but warrick makes slightly more money and is arguably worse (trust us - if you cant crack the cats frontcourt rotation of bismack, mullens, haywood and jeff adrien then you are awful - see diop, tyrus and warrick).

thoughts?
