It means Otis is doing his best to get Dwight Howard help but he doesn't have the assets to get it done so Dwight will be gone.

I wouldnt mind Richardson but he will be picked up for more than the minimum so he will be heading to a team with space probably LAC or NJ

^^ Hope you two aren't talking about me, and questioning my loyalty and "fandom" for the Magic.

Yeah I'm feeling a bit pessimistic (actually, jaded is the word) today after all that had happened yesterday. But I'm always still hoping for the best when it comes to keeping Dwight happy and acquiring a true 2nd star. I'm always rooting for the franchise to get better.

Btw the Linus thing was just a joke lol... relax

in fact wfiles (in response to your reply)...Don't pull stuff and misconstrue my joke... No, I don't agree with you. Orlando does have decent pieces to go after CP3, D-Will, or Ellis, especially if a 3rd team is involved. It's not impossible, but the 'wait" is killing me.
