No, because we risk losing both in next offseason.

It gives us a bigger chance at Deron while we also get better this year... at least at the 1 and 3, we downgrade the PF obviously.

I dont think Felton is a major improvement over Nelson.

In fact, i think it would make the chances to keep D12 smaller, because you are trading his best buddy, but not getting a all-star caliber at PG in return.

why does everyone think Dwight is best buddies with Jameer, when he has said publicly that he wants to play somewhere else, and with other PG's. I dont believe Dwight would be heart broken if Jameer was moved.

Neither do I, honestly.

We've heard him ask for CP3, and Deron, and he wanted to keep Arenas.

He also asked for Monta.

Kupchak's comments really sound like they're shopping Gasol. if that's the case, i would happily bring him into the fold, or be a part of a 3-way trade with them.

trading for Gasol:

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachi ... Id=6ovtowa

then

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachi ... Id=6lkjpo9

Dwight
Gasol/BBD
Hedo/Clark
JRich/Von
Sessions/Blake

_______________________________________________________
or, being involved in a 3-way trade with Gasol

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachi ... Id=78z3ab3

exchange Biedrins for Kwame (i don't think the Lakers would bite, otherwise).

Dwight
BBD/Harper
Hedo/Clark
JRich/JJ
Monta/Duhon

i think, with some burn, Harper can be that shooter from the 4spot we've come to rely on so much. it may take him a while to learn to do much more, but he can at least shoot the ball.

_______________________________________________

at this point, i'd be happy with either of those teams. and i feel that both would have players who can deliver big games consistently.

Cmon Otis work those phones....

Monta Ellis - G - Warriors

Golden State GM Larry Riley said that his team is "working day and night" to execute a trade.
"But what will not happen is, we don't do something that sets us back just to do a deal," Riley said. It is not a secret that the Warriors have been shopping for an addition, but there is nothing to suggest that the team is close to pulling the trigger on any move.

Yes please to the three team deal..I think our biggest need is a playmaker. I dont like Pau and Dwight...I think we're still astagnant offense with good post play and guys standing around the perimeter waiting for the ball. It doesnt resolve the issue with teams camping on our shooters and letting the post players get theirs.

he better be telling GS that anderson and jrich will be ready to play there March 1st. They have to move ellis for curry to develop, or trade curry. Then get the bucks on the phone for jackson. walk away then dwight!

From GB:

Marvin Williams continues to be an ancillary part of Atlanta's offense and sources say he would like a trade.

Williams is averaging just 9.6 points per game this season and would like to find a situation where his usage increases.

what best PF's has he been good against? Bosh? not so much. 13 vs Kevin Love, 10 vs Blake Griffin, 12 and then 11 vs David West, 12 vs KG, 0 vs KG, 13 vs Gasol, 5 vs Boozer, 8 vs Scola.

Dont get me wrong, i like Anderson, but he has played his best against the lesser PF's of the league, not their best.

He did drop 25 on Ibaka & 21 on J-Smith (2 best defensive PFs) & had his 2 best games of the season vs Bosh & Stoudemire & had a 24pt game vs David West ..

But I know what you mean too, don't get me wrong .. He has been a lot better than last season. He has consistently been our 2nd best & sometimes even our best player

I would hold on to him for as long as possible .. Like a lot of people here said, only trade him if you get a guy like Ellis back .. Wallace aint no Ellis, no matter how good he still is

okay but you cant take a sample size and it be your end all argument...You can turn around and say against Boston he scored 0 one game and 12 the next. Ibaka is a good shot blocker doesnt mean he's a good perimeter defender. Blake isnt a good defender, love isnt a good defender, scola isnt a good defender and neither is Boozer, Stat or Bosh for that matter. Miami showed that when you defend him one on one on the perimeter, rotate to him quickly and play him close and body him up he struggles. Make him put the ball on the floor and you've succeeded.

I hope he develops into the player we need him to be in the PO's but I have a hard time believing he's going to do anything one on one when teams stick a body in front of him. If not drinking the "Next Dirk" Koolaid makes me a hater so be it. I really dont give a ****.

Baby for Williams straight up.
