Hennigan is not sending dwight to NETS

Chris Mannix‏@ChrisMannixSI

Nets were baffled that Orlando GM Rob Henningan wasn't interested in dealing DH. Talks went absolutely nowhere.

Ahhhhh this was the absolute best scenario for us, we just got all the leverage and teams know that they can actually trade for Dwight without him bailing to the Nets.

Let the games begin!

The Brooklyn Nets efforts in attaining Dwight Howard from us:

+1

I just love the fact that they were "baffled". So stupid.

LMAOO

This is pretty hilarious. People have been saying the Nets have ZERO assets for a long time and they were BAFFLED that we wouldn't just hand them Howard? LOL BROOKLYN!

He's still trying to figure out what "blackmail" means. Give him a few weeks.

I don't care if he trades him to LA and they win 5 championships, this made him my favorite GM ever.

You realize our current direction is treadmill team with no real upside and a pampered untrustworthy cancer as its' centerpiece?

I'm not going to lie, if Deron commits to Brooklyn then they have a nice squad.

PG: Deron Williams/Jason Kidd (Rumored to sign wherever Deron signs)
SG: Joe Johnson/MarShon Brooks
SF: Gerald Wallace/Gerald Green (Needs to be re-signed)
PF: Kris Humphries (Needs to be re-signed)
C: Brook Lopez (Brooklyn won't let him go)

That team is top 4 in the eastern conference.
