I don't mind having SVG back as long as he is willing to make adjustments and I mean real ones.

SVG says best thing he's done in ORL is assemble a great coaching staff. I'm no psychology major but reflection over a period of time seems like the end is nigh.

He won't. He thinks he actually made adjustments today. . . He'll never get it. It doesn't help that we have an incompetent GM too. . .

To me Stan focuses too much on the details and misses the big picture often.

Stan Van Gundy: "Yeah I want to come back, but that's not up to me... As far as the speculation (about his job), I don't give a damn."

Yep, he micro manages way too much. We need a guy that doesn't worry about the inevitable mistakes that happen in the game of basketball.

Benching Doomhon is like "Adjustments for Dummies". If he can't realize that, then there's no hope.

Yep that is the same vibe I got as well. I think it is best for both parties to part ways. Things went south from the start of training camp and then way into the depths of no return after that awkward interview with Stan spilling the beans about Dwight wanting him fired.

A new culture needs to be made and it has to be one that is committed to not only winning, but professionalism, integrity, trust and commitment to the roster not only in the short term but the long term as well.

he's a perfectionist....when anything goes wrong or someone goes out of his gameplan he loses it....then again all coaches have a little bit of crazy in them

i love this forum.

He micromanages in game, as in he never lets the players make plays for themselves. That kind of thing. . . Not with rotations. . . No one ever said anything about that. . .
