Also it can be hard to find a partner to trade back; there's usually more teams trying to trade down than teams who want to move up for that one specific target when you're outside of the lottery.

Tobias was not always the shooter he is today. Okeke is already a good shooter. This isn't me saying that he will 100% reach Toby's level of NBA success, but his shooting should start off in a better place than Toby's did.
