That pick will likely be in the 13-18 range which I consider to be more then equal value for Hezonja alone. We flip Biyombos contract for Turner which is as even as it gets. Aminu and Davis are serviceable role players on solid contracts. Go hard at Lowry and Holliday. Rekindle the flame with Milsap. Hopefully we can get him on a 3 yr deal. Door still open for a potential Butler or PG trade where we can move Vuc + Gordon + Fournier + 2018 pick + Laker pick

Holliday/Payton/DJ
Fournier/Turner/Wilcox
Gordon/Aminu
Milsap/Bridges
Vuc/Davis/Zimmerman

Or

Holliday/Payton/Augustine
Monk/Turner/Wilcox
Butler or George/Aminu
Milsap or Mirotic/rookie
Bam or Patton/Davis/Zimmerman

Why would we trade a 21 year old prospect, who at times still shows glimpse's last night for example, for a late lotto pick with no NBA experience. exchange bad contracts and give Ibaka away for nothing. That's a horrible trade

Glimpses? Really? I'd take a top 16 pick in this Draft over that bum any day. Like I said Aminu and Davis are making less then 8 mil and on short deals that expire next summer. If the bad contract you weee referring to is the Turner one well I got news for you Biz's contract is worse and he's making a few million more.

Your opinion on Mario aside (which I don't agree with) you want to

- Trade Ibaka for Aminu and Davis because they have short contracts? so you want to take on salary for more years, when we could let Ibaka expire

- Exchange Biyombo for Turner

- Trade Mario for a late lottery pick (at best)

The only part that makes any sense is the Biyombo for Turner if you want keep Vucevic and some wing scoring off the bench. That said if Ibaka goes we are back with the problem of who is protecting the rim?

The Mario part is almost funny, I'm not going to comment too much on that, it's not worth the argument. I will say I'm not a Mario defender, it takes time to develop in this league, and his skillset and role, it'll take a while. It's easy to forget he had some very impressive moments last year, and has hardly been given a chance to develop on the court or been provided any guidance off it by the sounds of it

Trading Ibaka's expiring deal for 2 contracts with more years and players that are bench rotation at best is the part that makes this trade so bad.

If you really want a pick in the range that you just said I'm certain that Ibaka could fetch that, and the right team would salary dump to get Biyombo if he fits their need.

Yeah I would just let Ibaka's deal expire rather than add money to guys who I am not big fans of. I also would rather just keep Mario and hope that one day he can finally get it together but yeah hope is fading fast on him but yeah no thanks to that trade.

Basically, the only reason Im watching the final games. Start Payton too and for once in two seasons lets see what a lineup of the Henny trio is capable of. We won't win much, youth will get heavy mins, and strengthen our tank position. Its a win win

Hennigan proving you haters and doubters wrong, this helps us in the future, now AG wil play 4 we get a pick out of it and I bet this isn't the only move, anyone who hates this trade is the same person that would hate winning 1mil of the 3.5mil lotto, just stupid and greedy and unrealistic
