Say what you want about Birch, but in 3 games for Toronto: 10 ppg, 6rpg on 70% TS, with positive impact is nothing to sneez at

He's good when engaged and focused. I wish we didn't need to let him go.

Lavine hurt his angle like 3rd time in 3 weeks, shouldn't have been playing in first place anyway

The book is yet to be written, but the Chicago deal could be close to one of the all time worst deals. We got a young center, two firsts with minimal protection, and gave up our worst contact.

Boston received 3 firsts and 1 pick swap for Pierce and Garnett. I think people look at this one as the worst.

The Clippers traded Blake for Tobias, Avery Bradley, and Mike Scott. Plus a first and second pick

When we get the draft picks, it'll be fun to compare.

Its one heck of a deal. Gordon is the same way. I told you all our front office is competent.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

They had me worried, but it looks like they were playing the long game. The AG deal could end up being sneaky good. Harris is arguably just as good as AG, if he stays healthy. Plus we gave them our second worst contact.

I guess people use 'worst' adjective in different context, I'd have a few contracts on top o my lists before I'd consider calling Vuc or AG's contract the 'worst'. They were largest ones, that's for sure, but in no way, shape or form I could label them as bad contracts - that's why we did manage to score good trades.

I was calling Aminu and Gary Clark's contracts our worst.

Aminu was the worst, and went to the Bulls. Clark was the second worst, and went to the Nuggets.

Clark basically earns the vet min, maybe it's 2nd worst, but it's so low that doesn't count and people can still argue about it if we consider Fultz, JI or Bamba's.

Aminu being added to the deal made it palatable for me. His contact happened the ability of the Magic to have a SG next year. Of course the Magic ended up with Harris in an unrelated deal. But still it is great to get out from the Aminu contract situation.

Why was Clark one of the worst? Dont get me wrong, im glad he is gone because he does nothing for this team but a vet min can't be called that bad..

He still had one more year and he was pretty bad. His contract was just dead weight.

Say what you want about Bamba, but in the 9 games* since the trade deadline: 12.44 ppg, 5.44 reb, 1.22 blk, 60.1% TS.

Nothing to sneeze at either for a kid 6 years younger than Birch who needs playing time while we are focusing on rebuilding.

* Minus the San Antonio game where he played 3 minutes due to injury.
