Problem is social media & fake natural bodybuilders who are everywhere that create body dysmorphia and hyper unrealistic expetations to a point.
That dates back in 1980s when perfect man was some action figure look like Arnold ( pro bodybuilder, spent whole his life on steroids), Van Damme, also ex but not as sucessful bodybuilder- again, steroid user, Stalone ( said that to him taking human growth hormon isn't steroid

).
if you belive human can look like Dwight Howard on chicken breast and broccoli oh well... you will be very depressed after killing yourself in gym for several years, eating tateless food and still looking nothing alike any person you see on tv ( including modern actors like Chris Hemsworth etc. ).
Last week i saw 22 years old person in gym blasting steroids like there is no tomarrow, claiming it's "good diet ". Bro gained 40 pounds of muscles in 6 months. "Just chicken breast & broccoli bro".
I have a friend who took steroids for many years. At one point he was 265lb at 6'2" with less than 7% body fat. Well eventually, it catches up to you. He got stomache issues now and can only eat a very limited vegitarian diet.
It crushes your natural test level (as your balls figure they don't need to work

) so going off is literally depressing and makes you misserable, because your mood is tied with your hormons.
I have one buddy who blasted some shady crap at age of 18, blew up ( 6'8) went from some 180 to 240 pounds . Now is probably +260 pounds with massive female looking boobs. I guess nobody told him he should be taking estrogen blockers

. Just awful.
