I suppose hes not a good shooter from 3 to spread the floor but if they roll out beverley, harden, parson, motiejunas, howard thats plenty of shooting. On top of that i can't imagine many bench lineups could have a pnr as good as lin and asik. Assuming they can convince asik not to demand a trade. Pretty solid team and all so young!
I totally agree with you. He's a serviceable 3 pt shooter....shooting at 37.5% clip...can handle the ball and control the offense efficiently. Next to another playmaker like harden...he would be ideal. Focusing most of his energy on disrupting the flow of the game on the defense (bread and butter) while not having to worry about much pressure on the offensive end, but to just bring the high intensity that he's used to. And as you said Lin is a good player as long as he is dominating the rock. And off the bench he can be the Coronal...or whaterever....and lead the second unit. They do have enough talent in the second unit to do pretty darn well....to be even a "Bench Squad" per say....a secondary unit that can relieve the first unit with as little drop off in production as possible.

pg: Beverly Lin
sg: Harden Garcia
sf: Chandler Cassipi
pf: Montiejunas Jones/Smith
c: Howard Asik
Both units will have a great mix of offense and defense....with the second unit being more defensively oriented. Kinda want to see what they do. Beverly is definitely making a case right now.
