Not if you combine both in the same scenario, because if you lock Chicago at #8 it will mean that no other pick behind them will jump to the Top4.

No John Wall for the Houston game due to load management......even though.....he played the last 3 games straight for them.....with no back to backs.....Had a day off yesterday....still needs rest apparently......I feel this is going to be a common occurrence going forward against tanking teams playing us....some key player is going to be resting....while we aren't resting/sitting anybody unless they're legit injured

They play Miami tomorrow and he is expected to play. He's been sitting out 1 of the B2B all season.

This year I've seen it a lot. It's probably due to the crazy schedule. Wall's played the last 3, then sit him this one and play him a couple more.
