I'm sorry to say the Magic choked it away.

Refs had a small portion of the loss. Or really nothing

You don't lose 10+ point lead with 4 minutes to go in a playoff game.

How the hell you lose a 15 points lead with 8 minutes left? We played like crap, I'm speechless. Time and times again, letting leads evaporate and lose

Anyone notice the jersey pull on Lee before the ball was inbounded? That's two shots and the ball, right?

Thats not a jump ball. I don't even know if Rashard ever got a good hand on the ball.

This lost is about one team with confidence down the stretch. Another team having no idea what to do when the game is on the line. We don't run plays down the stretch for Dwight. We run weak Iso plays or high pick-n-roll plays that good defensive teams just shut down.

I know Dwight isn't exactly dominating Perkins. Fact is though late in games throw it to him at least 1 possession every couple of minutes. Its a joke that its game time and Rafer is taking all the shots.

Up 14, 4th quarter, then the loser Marbury goes off out of nowhere, Davis starts playing like Olajuwan. Refs give the Celtics every call. When that happens we dont have a chance because we are soft. They are also the luckiest team in the league, and the most ref charitable team. We blew it. Oh and the refs refusing to review that 3 in the half lmao, what a joke. But we blew it, unfotunately they got help in us blowing it. We should have won the last 2 games, def this one, we blew it. We blew it.

Not his fault the guys on the floor panicked and stopped playing defense.

It's his fault their offensive game plan is Turk standing at the 3 poitn line for 15 seconds then rushing to help someone jack up a 3 whenever they have a lead late in the game. They don't run any plays. You'd think he'd have learned by now!

Coach a game. And you're naive if you don't think Stan calls plays, it's up to the guys on the court to run them.

I don't think they should have locked my thread about firing Van Gundy. I really believe they should fire him. This has been building up inside for a long time. The X-0's disapear with a lead and Orlando loses their lead everytime they get one in the fourth. They almost never hold up because the gameplan disappears and degenerates in to Hedo iso's play after play. It's pathetic and it's squarely Van Gundys fault. It's not like tonight is the first time this has happened to the Magic this year or last for that matter. It happens all the time. They do not have Michael Jordan, Dwaye Wade, Kobe Bryant, Lebron James. That kind of an iso scheme at the end of a game won't work. They should be trying to emulate what the Pistons did for years. They need to play as a team and run an offense for 48 mintues, not 44. And that is Van Gundys fault that they don't. Shaq said he panics, Shaq was right. He needs to go. This team will never win a championship with him unless Howard turns in to god.

Yes the team collapsed, but to say the refs didn't have a hand in facilitating that collapse misses part of the point. But the greater point is the team collapsed.

This is one of the most devastating, embarrassing losses in Magic history.

As for the refs - the only call that f-ed us was reversing the 24-second violation call.

The crawling into a shell and blowing a lead in front of a national audience in one of the most important games any of these guys will likely ever play? That was all Magic baby.

Stand and cheer everyone, for your Orlando Tragic.
