http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports ... yoffs-but/Jalen Rose said on Mike and Mike in the morning that Orlando is the best team in the playoffs. He said that if LeBron isn't 100%, Orlando will beat them.
Although he did say that if LeBron is indeed 100%, the Cavs will edge the Magic in 7.
He also said that nobody expected Orlando to sweep Charlotte and that we just absolutely blew through them despite Dwight not playing and despite VC coming up relatively small. He also gave Jameer some props.

Even with a 100% Lebron...we're still the best team in the playoffs.
Now just hope we can win our first championship.

Even the experts agree with that. Most of them say whoever comes out of the east will win it all.

All kidding aside, this will be a tougher series than you all think though. Hawks play down to lesser competition all year and it showed again in the Bucks series but when we had to win we flat out dominated them. Obviously the Magic are a whole different animal but i highly doubt it's a sweep for the Magic.

I don't think there's anyone on this board who expects a sweep. We didn't even expect a sweep in round 1.

well, I also think it will be kind of close but we are a matchup nightmare for the Hawks. 3 out of 4 games this year we completely killed the Hawks. The Hawks won 1 game on a last second buzzer beater on their home floor in a game the Hawks really needed. That does not give me alot of confidence in the Hawks.

Magic +16.3 margin across all four games this season.
Anything else?

Jalen Rose picked the Magic to come out of the East even at the beginning of the season

You are correct but if you remember the game on Thanksgiving at ATL we dominated the Magic the first half and were up 12 at halftime then came out in the second half and it couldn't hit a shot if our lives depended on it. Magic ended up winning that game and we won the other game on our homecourt in which we also blew a 4th qtr lead in but won on the buzzer dunk by Smith. Magic did blow us away on their homecourt but the 2 games in ATL were ours to win and we simply choked in the first game.

The Magic weren't exactly in top form either. In your only win this season, we shot 37% from the field and 28% from three. Not exactly close to the numbers our team posts on a regular basis. The Hawks on the other hand shot over 50% from 3-point land.

Hey all i'm saying is we had both games won on our homecourt and we simply choked the first one away and won the second game. Like you said doesn't matter how much you win by right? Be ready for a tough series is all i'm saying. Get ready for Hack a Howard too! He is shooting a marvelous 36% at the FT line in the playoffs.

Yea good luck with that....trust me we will love when you guys are in the penalty with 6 minutes to go..stick to what you're good at which is shooting the ball....Atlanta is a perimeter team NOT a attack the rim team and it's not going to do your team any good to try to emulate what Charlotte did....you don't have the luxury of playing hack-a-howard...and if you do take that risk it won't be something you'll be utilizing for long...I think everyone agrees that it will NOT be a sweep but it's obvious that we have the advantage

All part of his plan.....get the Hawks to foul out their big men early and just beast it at the line.....14/18 FT's in Game 1 of Round 2!
Later

I guess you all forgot we have some big scrub men signed just for this reason in Collins, Zaza, and Joe Smith. Horford won't be the won fouling out.

Lets not turn this into the "Atlanta vs Orlando" thread, and keep it more to the comments about Jalen Rose and the Magic.
