With Howard and Anderson both looking to be out, I guess that not only will Davis start, but Clark will get an NBA start. Harper looks to get minutes. And Orlando will need to run minutes with two SFs and a PF as the front court. One can assume that means Hedo will play some PF in this game, with Richardson 1-or-2 playing the SF alongside Redick.
There will be some strange rotations in this game.

One speculation is that Orlando would start Redick at the 2, Richardson-2 at the 3, and Turkoglu at the 4. This allows Clark to play back-up minutes at the 4 and 5.
Well ....
Also, I guess Orton will suit up for this one. He might get scrub minutes if the Magic is getting blown out.

Good thread SD! We need a win in the worst way especially with Boston, Atlanta, and Indiana climbing back up in the standings. Hopefully Dwight and Ryno can give it a go, but if not then everyone has to pick up the slack and play hard. This is an opportunity for guys on this bench to make a name for themselves. LET'S GET IT!

It will be a very interesting game if Dwight and Anderson are sitting out.

We suck in Detroit with our full team, now we're gonna suck even more.

We've been losing to the Pistons all this time with Dwight. Maybe with him out...
It's so crazy, it just might work!

Detroit always gives us problems no matter what. Since we always seem to play at a slow pace, it favors the Pistons. We have to speed the game up.

Need this W, would like to go 10-3 in the final 13. That will easily seal 3rd seed.

If Dwight and Anderson are out then i expect to finally see Harper play more than just a minute.....but if Stan plays Hedo at the 4 then he would be trolling.....me at least.....Stan confuses me man...there are times you expect the young guys to get good minutes like that last blowout we had but they only got like 2 minutes when we were blowing the other team out the whole game.....
Tonight might be the perfect night to throw Harper into the fire and see what we have in him...see if the Rashard Lewis comparison holds any weight......some of these guys that don't play all they need is an opportunity that's all....hopefully Harper gets some time tonight.......

Jameer could also be out with calf strain. We will get some Ish tonight too. No reason to play injured guys. We need to be healthy above everything else.

Josh Robbins @JoshuaBRobbins
Ryan Anderson will not play tonight (ankle). Dwight Howard (back) & Jameer Nelson (sore left calf) = game-time decisions.
3 best players out?

LMAO at Dwight, Ryan and Jameer being injured. But Hedo, Jrich and Duhon? PERFECTLY HEALTHY.
We'll definitely see Ish, Clark and Harper. The wrong players are injured to see Liggins get any time though.

Jameer always has some nagging type of injury, the reason why SVG plays Duhon so much.

You'd think so, but Jameer is (was) out of shape, badly. He will get 38mpg in the playoffs, if not more.

I don't see jameer getting 38+min, last year in the 1st and only round he averaged a personal best 36min, The year before in 14 games he averaged 34min, then 18 (finals run) then 33 and 32 min..I just don't think he has the stamina in the long run, but I'd rather see him play 40min then to watch dudu

My prediction: we'll win tonight, proving that Dwight is the reason we always lose to the Pistons.
