Wiggins or Parker?

If Wiggins goes FSU, we're gonna see a good battle a few times per year.

Wiggins is definitely the superior player, due to his athleticism. What he is doing in high school is also unreal.

Nerlens Noel is the early favorite to grab the No. 1 spot overall in the 2013 NBA draft.

“There just isn’t a player that’s out there that has his upside,” said Chad Ford, ESPN’s NBA draft analyst. “Nerlens isn’t like Anthony Davis last year where every person agreed … but to me he’s got the best shot of being the No. 1 pick. The majority of NBA guys that I speak to have him there.”

Noel is averaging 10.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.9 blocks, 2.8 steals and 2.1 assists -- numbers reminiscent of Davis' effort over the first quarter of last season in Kentucky.

But despite his top prospect status, Noel will be one of the more debated 2013 picks because he has elite athleticism and a high motor for the game but lacks offensive versatility.

“The way that some made it sound coming in was that he was going to struggle, and I don’t really think he’s struggled," Ford said. "He clearly doesn’t have a polished offensive game, but he’s found ways to score the basketball.

“When you talk to the sabermetric (advanced stat) guys in the NBA, they will say that Noel, along with Cody Zeller, are the guys,” Ford added. “When you pick up blocks and steals at that rate together, that is the biggest statistical indicator of elite athleticism. And that’s probably what carries Noel to the No. 1 pick.”

For the 10-14 range that we're likely to be in, I'm starting to warm up a lot to MCW. We could use a point guard and he really does have excellent court vision and a high basketball IQ. And he can finish at the rim. He needs to improve his on-ball defense though.

McClemore will be facing a very good defense today in OSU. Will be on CBS at 4 & I wanna see how he looks.

This Kansas-Ohio State game is painful to watch. Some terribly unskilled basketball being played. These are two of the top 10 teams in the country? Ugh.

Two of the BEST defenses in the country.

McClemore can certainly light it up from 3 but he needs to work on driving to the rim. Couple times he has just got in the paint with no clue to what he was gonna do next.

Had a nice dunk on the break as well.

Yeah, McClemore has shown some flashes, and the big for Kansas has made some nice plays on D. But instead of great defense, I see a bunch of kids with erratic handles and terrible looking jumpers. A lot of athletes out there, not a lot of players. Coulda just picked a bad game to closely watch them though.

No you are right for the most part. OSU & KU are grinders. 2 great coaches who get the most out of their players without having the cream of the crop recruits.

McClemore for KU & Thomas for OSU will be good NBA players though.

Cj Leslie is a baller. Not sure how he pans out but he contributed heavily to my bracket being 91% correct last year.

People are still sleeping on Brandon Paul too. Started out the year as projected to be undrafted and is now a strong candidate for player of the year. #10 Illinois is playing #12 Mizzou in the bragging rights game on Espn2 right now.

Jordan Adams is still at the top of my list right now he reminds me of James Harden and right now he has impressed me more then Ben McLemore, Shabazz, and a lot of other scoring guards.

Ill say it once more....I love Trey Burke as a PG prospect. The guys bball IQ is through the roof for the PG position & he is so good at keeping his dribble alive & getting where he wants on the floor to make a play.

Oh god no idont know how i could deal with a Michigan player on the Magic! I am an OSU student lol
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz takes:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year.

They way he moves with the ball in his hands reminds me of Chris Paul.

I wonder how long it would take him to be ready to take over a starting job though.
