Magic Trivia Question

Dear Magic fans:

What do these former/current Magicians share in their NBA resume?. An answer can be quite specific to be accurate.

Tracy McGrady, Al Harrington, Rashard Lewis, DeShawn Stevenson, Ousmane Cisse, and Dwight Howard. One could argue that Shawn Kemp could be on this list, which could be debated.

Good luck fellow Magic fans.

I tried. I feel like Ousmane Cisse is the key to answering this question, but I'm having trouble finding any real info on him.

I know it's wrong, but I'm going to go ahead and say it...They all went to a Catholic HS?

This. Except to include Kemp, we would have to say that these players have never played a collegiate game for any university.

Wikipedia wrote:During his senior year, Kemp signed a national letter-of-intent to play basketball at the University of Kentucky. However, he left the team in November 1988 after he was accused of pawning two gold chains that had been reported stolen from his teammate Sean Sutton, the son of then Kentucky head coach Eddie Sutton. Sean Sutton did not press charges, but Kemp transferred to Trinity Valley Community College in Texas.[1] After a semester at TVCC, where he did not play, 19-year-old Shawn Kemp declared himself eligible for the 1989 NBA Draft.

True, but I suppose drsd means any former/current Magician, as in on the roster for any period of time.

Easy. Straight to NBA with no College.

In addition to all being black (no racist), they've each been in both the western and eastern conferences. I really don't know what other specifics you're angling for here.

All were named to McDonalds All-American teams.

Edit: Kemp wasn't. Interesting. All except Kemp, then. http://harvardsportsanalysis.wordpress. ... o-success/

Sorry was traveling: anyhow, many have part of the complete answer. Which is: players on a Magic roster who came to the NBA without college experience.

What was interesting to me in this list is that Orlando might be the NBA team that has had the most of such players.

Are we just talking Americans? Because technically Turkoglu and other foreigners didn't play D1 ball either.

Next trivia question: perhaps this is harder:

What does Al Harrington have in common with Samuel Dalembert, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, and Kyrie Irving?
(the answer is not that all play currently in the NBA, which of course is also true")

..
