Getting the whole crowd together is a challenge. The one chant I've heard the crowd do together very well (many, many times) is "Ref you suck!" "Dwight you suck!" should be easy.

Everyone should bring their Dwight Magic Jersey with the "Coward" on it or Loyalty shirt. Then, at periodic timings people should just toss away their Jersey onto the Basketball court, especially during Free Throws!

ha, that would be funny, but this is Orlando. Fans here are more conservative in terms of showing displeasure. "Ref you suck" is as bad as it tends to get.
