Just a bit of High School history... "smooth Criminal" Lamb & "Nobody's Smiling" Harris (their nicknames they earned on the NY Play Grounds), have been tied to each other since high school. Both from the New York Area and both named the MVP of the Elite 24 tourny up there when the #1 player in the country at the time "Harrison Barnes" was outplayed by both of them.

Lamb can ball. I hope our staff has the patience to let him grow into an NBA role.

Again, props to Rob and the scouts for turning this roster from a team full of dead weight to a team full of potential in 9 months.

I completely agree. It's neat to have so much excitement for being (record wise) the worst team in the NBA

The O-Sen's view of Lamb is that he is projected as a back-up PG. If true, this kid hass a lot to work on to even make a roster.

And that is why you should never read the O-Sen...

Speaking of Lamb, if you listen to his teammates after his game against Milwaukee, they all said he was doing great things in practice...I think we have yet to see what Lamb can do. He might be a true diamond in the rough. I mean he was a TOP player in NYC with Harris and Barnes!!!

Lamb can def ball.

Been backing him since we acquired him saying Skiles SCAREDDDDDD him once he got in into the NBA. He was out there trying to not make mistakes.

He can be extremely valuable & do a ton of things on the court for us. Perfect role player who can play off the ball or on it.

If Lamb turns into a Kenyon Dooling type, Orlando version, with better shooting I will be happy with that.

Man... what happened to Selby? He should have stayed another year at KU. He did tear up the summer league last year but that doesn't mean much for NBA success..

Lamb will be a backup combo PG/SG. He's got great handle. For the last few weeks of the season we saw lamb at the 1.

I tend to agree and hope we can see him there during summer league.

To comment on another post in another thread, the idea was that Lamb could be the coming of "Keyon Dooling." I hope this kid finds that vibe!

Lamb and Moore training together, in a friendly competition, so that on will emerge as the team's combo guard; sounds good to me!
