Just watching a few old videos from 90's and noticed they used to play 2 unlimited for the intro.

What song do they play now ?

I watch the games on the NBA pass and notice they play that Eminem song Bezerk before tip offs.

Havent ever been to Amway to watch Magic play yet but I think they should bring back 2 unlimited for player intros LOL

Changes every year I believe. Not sure who chooses it though.

edit: last year Berzerk had just been released a week or two prior so I was surprised to see it chosen. So I think they must make the choice in the last week before the season starts.

Berserk was released August 27, 2017, which is 2 months before the season starts. They probably make the decision sometime during the preseason.

I once wrote a song I would like to use for the Magic of which I only have the hook. I just have to change a few words. I would like to re-record with a rapper to do the rythmn etc. It is called Down Here.

Dude I'll rap to your song! I've always wanted to make a Magic theme song, and I know the Orlando Magic Arena DJ so I can try to get him to play it at the games if he likes it.

Sweet!!! Oh yes, I will have to get another beat being I used an industry beat when I came up with this. But, that wouldn't be a problem. Lets hear what you can do with that. Write some stuff and get it down, then we can record something. When I first wrote it, I had a few rappers try out on it but it wasn't a Magic song and they didn't go over too well so I never used them.

EDIT! I just realized I uploaded an old version which had a rapper I didn't like on it. I will have to re-write the lyrics for the Hook to take Choppa and Nut-sac outta there to make it more Basketball driven. I think "This is how we do it Down Here" would work.

I'll definitely be able to write to it since it's about my favorite team. No problem at all. I don't curse when I rap anyways so it'll be more basketball driven with hype at the same time. I'll write to it and get back to you. Here's my email darien723@gmail.com

I'm thinking I'd rather see the Magic, and sports teams in general use something besides generic club or hip hop music. It all sounds the same. I'd rather they use something similar to film scores, like Hans Zimmerman or something.

Didn't Zimmerman murder that kid up in Sanford? I doubt the Magic would use his music.
